I have been practicing Alternative Healing for a few Years. On my Journey with Shanne- I have reached a positive breaking-through point. Through her one-on-one coaching (highly recommended) paired with Reiki and her personal guided meditations have brought me to my Present-Self and strengthened my awareness. Having done a Reiki course through Shanne and qualifying as a Reiki practitioner, I can highly recommend her ability to heal mind, body and spirit. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on all wellness and esoteric matters, but her innate ability to heal people and help them overcome blockages in every sphere of their lives is surreal.

I have had Reiki, Card Reading and Coaching with Shanne from January to August 2019. Reiki helped balance my chakras, the card readings gave me direction, and the Coaching helped me gain perspective in my life. I didn't realize the amount of damage that I had done to myself, and the work that I had to put in, to overcome my fears, my doubts, my anger, my sadness and self-judgement. 

I diligently practiced the exercises and applied whatever knowledge that Shanne imparted on me to improve my life, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Shanne introduced me to a crystal grid. I have created a vision board, practiced affirmations, visualization, grounding and connecting with Mother Earth.

These tools helped me change my mindset, allowing me to realize that I am worthy and deserving of achieving my desired goals and dreams. 

Shanne is knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic, resilient, and non-judgmental. She looked past my shortcomings, and encouraged me not to be so hard on myself and judge myself so harshly. She taught me self love and acceptance.
